At Bestia Dog Gear, we stand by the craftsmanship of our premium leather equipment and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the gear is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Gear

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
